COMPLIANCE

Welcome to the Facility section of the FBCW website. Here you will find information about the facilities, located at 200 N. Ballard Ave and 100 N. 1st Street. The Event Center Remodeled in 2009 and is located in the heart of the Historical Downtown Wylie TX.

General Compliance policies

FBW reserves the right and authority as property owner to make necessary changes to any schedule agreement if church events or functions require agreed space. All available means will be used to try and make an alternative accommodation.

While using our facility you and your guest must be in compliance with the following policies:

Absolutely no tobacco products or alcohol allowed on property.
No firearms permitted with the exception of law enforcement officers.
User agrees that it will not use the premises for any purpose that is contrary to the mission, purpose or belief of the First Baptist Church Wylie, which is a biblically based religious organization.
User agrees to abide by any rules or regulations for the use of the premises set forth within the Facilities Usage Compliance agreement.
User agrees to abide by the Dress, Music and Dance policies.
The rooms are expected to be left clean and in the same condition as provided. A cleaning deposit is required.
