First Baptist Church Library

The library/resource center is a ministry of First Baptist Church, Wylie. Our ministry is to promote the spiritual, emotional and intellectual development of individuals, family and church groups. The library contains Bible study helps, doctrinal studies, Christian living and devotional books, books and items on establishing and maintaining a Christian home, Christian witness and evangelism tools, books for youth, children and preschool, biographies and fiction.

The library is a promoter and provider of Christian materials. The library is a warm, friendly place that invites people in. Those who assist you in the library know the value of reading, viewing and listening to Christian material, both fiction and non-fiction. Books and other library materials instruct, inspire, develop character, give knowledge, exercise our minds, and provide food for our spirits. It is funded through the church budget, donations, gifts and memorials.

The library has over 6,600 items values in excess of $69,000.00
